General Meetings

The CCWA holds various meetings throughout the year, including our ‘Monthly Committee Meetings’ and our 'Annual General Meeting'. Our upcoming meeting dates are shown below.

 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The CCWA is run by a voluntary Executive Committee, which is elected, on an annual basis, at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). We hold our AGM on the Sunday closest to Canadian Thanksgiving at our Thanksgiving event, held at the Swan Yacht Club in October. 

Monthly Committee Meetings

Committee meetings are held monthly, primarily using Zoom.

If you would like to learn more about our Committee and what we do, members are welcome to attend our meetings with prior notification to us.
