Throughout the year we celebrate uniquely Canadian traditions that appeal to families and adults of all ages, providing social and networking opportunities.
Canada Day, Thanksgiving, TGIF pub nights, campfires, skating, coffee meetups and other activities are part of our vibrant offerings.
New event ideas and helpers are always welcome so if you have an event idea or are interested in volunteering, please contact our Events Coordinator at (email forward to events@canadianclubofwa.com).

Wine and Cheese
Our wine and cheese social is an opportunity for members to welcome new members into the Canadian Club of WA. “Old” members are asked to bring a plate and a bottle, while new members should just bring themselves.

Barefoot Bowling
Come join our annual barefoot bowling social.
$10 per member and $15 per guest.
Bring your own meat and bread for the BBQ, salads to be provided.

Campfire
One of our most popular events of the year, we invite you to roast some hot dogs and s’mores with fellow Canadians and CCWA members.
We provide the hotdogs, condiments and s’mores. Please bring your own drinks and roasting sticks.

Canada Day
Join the Canadian Club of WA for Canada Day celebrations at The Wembley.
There will be Canadian-inspired specials, as well as a special offer for CCWA members who join or renew by or on July 1. There is no charge to join our group for Canada Day. Cash bar for food and drinks.

Yanchep Family Beach Swim
Celebrate the start to the new year with our annual family beach swim at Yanchep Lagoon.
A beautiful beach with great facilities, including toilets, showers, pram/wheelchair ramp & parking.
First meeting place: Orion Cafe from 8:00am for those who wish to enjoy breakfast/coffee.
Orion Cafe doesn't take reservations so please arrive early if you wish to join in.
Orion Cafe, 10 Brazier Road Yanchep.
Second meeting place: Yanchep Lagoon from 9:00am for those who want to enjoy the sheltered lagoon for swimming.
Yanchep Lagoon is located across from Orion Cafe.
Parking can be difficult so plan to carpool and/or arrive early.
Please bring own chairs, towels and refreshments
Look out for Canadian flag/ towel draped over a chair by the surf life saving tower, left side at the beach entrance.

Christmas Brunch
The Canadian Club of WA brings some holiday cheer with our annual “brunch with the bunch”.
Start the festive season with our Christmas Brunch, including bubbles, OJ, bagels, smoked salmon and all the extras.

Thanksgiving
Join the Canadian Club of WA as we give thanks at our annual Thanksgiving lunch. We organise a full turkey lunch with all the trimmings and members are invited to contribute an apple or pumpkin pie (or desert of their choosing!).
Member pricing: $55 for adults, $25 for 5-12yo

Join us for a family-friendly afternoon of bowling! This is probably the most well-known bowling venue in Perth and has been a favourite since 1923. It is licensed and sells burgers, bbq chicken, calamari, pizza, fries etc.

The Nature of Love
Join the Canadian Club of WA for a special screening of the Quebec film, The Nature of Love (Simple comme Sylvain). In collaboration with the High Commission of Canada in Australia and the Consulate General of Canada, join us for this special screening as part of the Alliance Française French Film Festival.
